I am physically challenged from an accident where I was hit by a texting driver on my motorcycle. My knee was severely damaged and my range of movement is very limited. My doctor said riding an adult tricycle would help me with the recovery of my knee. After talking to the people at Industrialbicycles.com they recommended the Cruise Master tricycle because of the very low step through on the frame. I visited there store in Dearborn Michigan and got to test out the Cruise Master. At first I was so disappointed that I could not make the crank go all the way around and I thought I was just not going to be able to ever ride again. The sales person said “we can fix that, we have seen a lot of people like you with mobility issues.” We have two options for you, a shorter crank or a crank arm shortner. The sales person explained the difference and he recommended the crank are shortner. He said the crank arm shortner gives me the most options where I can lengthen the crank length or shorten the crank length depending on my knee in the future. That sounded perfect so I asked them to install the crank arm shortner so I could try it out. They worked beautifully and I could ride without bending my knee so much. I can not praise the people there enough in how helpful they were to helping me find a solution to my special needs. The trike is very nice, a quality piece with a nice large rear basket. I live near a lake with a public beach, I load up my cooler, folding chair and beach towel and off to the beach I go. They help load up the trike and I drove my five hours back home, so worth the trip!

I have had my Cruise Master for one year and have been pleased with it performance. I typically ride it two blocks from my home to the grocery store and pick up some things. I like the low frame which makes it easy to get on and off. I like the extra-large rear basket it is just the correct size for my needs. The fenders are a must and came with my trike. Overall I think the trike is very good except the paint seems to chip easily.

With the extra low step over this trike was the easiest for me to get on. Like the large basket and fenders.
