I bought this as my first trike and it was also my re-introduction into cycling after many years off. It has been so long that I didnt know what to look for but I knew I really wanted a suspension on my trike. The trike handles nicely but is a little stiff compared to my friends Scorpion. I wish the Road-AR came with an option for a 26 inch real wheel as well. Altogether the trike is nicely built and would make a great trike if you are looking for the stiffer ride and smaller rear wheel.
