| We have designed this trike to be comfortable and fun for
folks that want the extra stability of a three wheeled machine
but don't want a seat that is too close to the ground. Most
tadpole type tricycles are made where the rider sits very close
to the ground making it difficult to get on an off. Our
Phoenix trike has a seat height that is the same height as a
chair, which means you will not have to fall into or climb out
of it. The seat on the Phoenix is easily adjustable and
comfortable with the two quick releases under the seat which
allows the seat to move forward and backward easily. The Phoenix
can accommodate riders form 4'-1" to 6'-8" with it's adjustable
seat and adjustable handlebars. The Phoenix drive train is
very unique, the Phoenix uses a mid-drive crank eliminating long
floppy chains like on other brands of tricycles. Instead
of using a tipple chain wheel in front with a front derailleur
like other manufactures, we chose to use an internal Sram 3-Speed
hub in the rear wheel which
allows range shifting to be done without pedaling.
The brakes and shifter controls are on one side of the
handlebar. Both front disc brakes are controlled by a single
self balancing lever. The rear derailleur and the internally
geared 3 speed hub are also
controlled by a single twist grip lever assembly. This unique
setup allows the controls to be mounted on either side. The rear brake is controlled by a separate lever that has a
special locking feature to prevent the bike from rolling. This
is helpful when entering and exiting the bike.
Strong wheels are a necessity, we use extra strong double wall rims and
strong aluminum hubs with 20mm axles. Our tires are a
premium high quality tire rated at 100psi for and exceptional
ride and roll.

This trike is completely adjustable, slide the seat forward
or back, tilt the seat base up or down and then elevate the
angle of the seat back or lay it back with quick micro adjust
clamps. Comfort begins with fit, raise or lower the stem
and point the handlebars to the front or back. It's up to You!
