Please read these important notes regarding the proper use of this
price list and terms of sale:
Parts Identification: This manual is intended solely
as a pricing guide for replacement parts and spare parts. However,
you need to know the part # in advance of using this price list as
it is not truly designed to assist in parts identification. Each
tricycle has it’s own parts list. It is from these parts lists that
you can easily identify the part #. At that point you can use this
price guide to look up the price. We do include a short description
for each part # in this price list so you can confirm that the part
# matches the description of the desired part. Our
Industrialbicycles.com Team Members are available to assist you with
proper parts identification.
Part # Sequence: This price list is arranged in
Alpha-numeric order by the Part Number. Part numbers are sorted by
their first digit (example…part # 1000 would precede part # 102) All
part numbers that start with the number 1 come first, followed by
all part numbers that start with # 2 and so on. Part #’s that begin
with a letter are listed in alphabetical order towards the back of
the list.
Parts Listed: To make certain that
your tricycle or bicycle runs properly and safely as intended,
maintain the cycle regularly utilizing only use geuine parts that
were originaly designed for your trike or bike. In this list we have
listed the more popular parts as well as some parts for special
project such as pushcart wheels, bicycle parking racks and other
special items. We have listed the most popular items in bold text to
further assist you. However, we also offer many generic cycle parts
which may not be included on this price list. If you do not see what

Suggestion for stocking parts: Our Industrial
tricycles and bicycles are integral components of a personnel
movement system at many companies around the world. As such it is
critical to maintain an inventory of the more popular parts in order
to satisfy your customers requirements. This will lead to less
downtime and greater utilization of your trike or bike.
Minimum Order Surcharge and Drop Shipments: Due to the
ever increasing cost associated with order processing, we find it
necessary to charge a $5.00 processing fee for order totaling less
than $30. Drop will be subject to a $10 Drop Ship Fee. We reserve
the right to accept or decline drop ship orders at our sole
discretion.
Shortages, Damages and Returns: Please check you order
carefully immediately upon receipt. Shortage claims will only be
considered within 10 calendar days after the shipping date. Returns
of unused parts will be accepted solely at the sellers discretion
and subject to a 15% restocking fee. A return authorization will be
required for any return whatsoever. Freight for any returns must be
paid by the buyer. If a return is accepted according to the above
terms, there will be a credit issued to your account which maybe
used towards a future purchase. No refunds will be issued. Prices,
descriptions and terms subject to change without notice.
FOB Point and Shipping Terms: All items in this price
list ship FOB New York, USA. (with the exception of Bicycle Parking
Racks which ship FOB Indiana). We reserve the right to select the
carrier that we feel will best service your area (normally UPS or
FEDEX Ground). Certain items such as most tricycle frames must ship
via common carrier (truck).
Payment Methods:
Industrialbicycles.com is pleased to offer (at our sole discretion)
nationally known, credit worthy accounts an open account status of
Net 10 days. We require a company purchase order and other details
as maybe needed. For your convenience, we accept Master, Visa and
American Express. Please have your credit card information available
when placing your order. For those who wish to pay via check in
advance, contact our office to determine the freight charges, then
mail your payment and make certain that your complete name and
address is shown on the check. If placing your order via phone, your
order correspondent will advise you of your Industrialbicycles.com
order number which should also be listed on the check. Sorry, No
COD’s…no exceptions. If a check should bounce, a $50 processing fee
will be charged and a replacement cashiers check will be required.
All sales are final. Michigan State Sales tax will be collected only
for those orders shipped within Michigan State
